Renovation - We understand how stressful renovation projects can be particularly if you are living in the premises or have tenants in the building during the renovation. Throughout the project communication between all parties is one of our key priorities; we work with our clients to ensure the projects are completed to an agreed timescale and price.

Landlord Services - We are fully aware of a Director and Landlord’s corporate responsibility and through our knowledge ensure that you comply with your legal requirements. Changes in the company’s act have meant that the Act now prescribes not only the basic duty of the director, but how the director must go about discharging that duty.

We offer Annual building checks looking at maintenance as well as safety to ensure your building asset is managed efficiently and effectively. Safety is key and we also offer a stand- alone service to review the fire safety in your building.
