Refurbishments

Every property refurbishment is unique as there is no standardisation over what work your property has under gone in the past and the finishes used. We look at your complete project and will advise you what options you have available. We understand that when you get a quote from a builder it is to allow you to budget and that is the amount you expect to pay. Our price Guarantee promises, if we do what we quoted, you will pay what we quoted. Sometimes there are extras as we progress through the project but these will be fully discussed.

All extras are charged at the RICS* Standard Construction Rates so you know you are paying a fair price.

We want to ensure you have confidence in the work we do. We use a skilled team and whether it is a roofing, building or painting project we offer a 12-month guarantee on the work we deliver.

If the refurbishment is for a company we understand a Director’s corporate responsibility and through our knowledge ensure that you comply with your legal requirements. Changes in the company’s act have meant that the Act now prescribes not only the basic duty of the director, but how the director must go about discharging that duty.

We also offer Annual building checks looking at maintenance as well as safety to ensure you building asset is managed efficiently and effectively. Safety is key, and we also offer a stand- alone service to review the fire safety in your building.
